Dog Training Contract

This agreement is entered into between Pawsitive Pac Creations LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Trainer") and [Client's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

1. Training Services:

Trainer agrees to provide dog training services to Client, as specified in the training package selected.

2. Training Schedule:

The training sessions will take place on [specified days and times] at [training location]. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

3. Payment:

Client agrees to pay the total training fee of [amount] before the first training session. Payments can be made via [payment method]. No refunds will be issued once training has commenced.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as completed.

5. Dog's Health:

Client warrants that the dog is in good health and has received all necessary vaccinations. Trainer is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred during or after the training period.

6. Liability:

While Trainer will take all necessary precautions, Client agrees that Trainer is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the dog during or after the training sessions.

7. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the training services with written notice. In the event of termination, any remaining prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the training sessions confidential.

9. Agreement Acceptance:

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
